Orders leave our bakery within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 2PM PST are considered ordered the next business day: East (5 day transit) ship M for Ground and Home Delivery, ship M-T for 3 Day Air and M-W for 2nd Day Air. Mid-W (4 day transit) ship M-T for Ground and Home Delivery, M-W for faster shipping services. West ship M-Th for Ground/Home Delivery Depending on service and destination, orders placed Wed. may go out the following Monday to avoid weekend layovers with FedEx. Transit times are accessed on our shipping page or from FedEx.com. Ground to most western states takes 1-2 business days.

Shipments will be dropped off at the address on your order without a signature unless you inform us otherwise.

NOTE: FedEx Ground Service delivers M-F, excluding Sat.,Sun.and holidays. Home Delivery delivers T-Sat. excluding Sun.,Mon. and holidays and only within the U.S. Penny's Admin. hours: M-F 9AM-5PM PST. R3-4.24.08

Penny's is unable to issue refunds or replacements for product selection changes or sampling after your order is placed and/or shipped.

Penny's recommends the faster shipping methods and cannot be responsible if a longer shipping method compromises the quality of the product when it reaches your destination.
